Not so great.
I purchased this particular coffee maker for myself. I'd previously owned another version of Hamilton Beach, which I absolutely loved. This one is just okay. The voice recognition proves to be an issue at times. I have to repeat the brewing time several times over before it programs the accurate time. Not a great thrill. Just average.

Hamilton Beach Voice activated coffee maker useful for blind consumer
As a blind person; I am able to set the clock and automatic brew time on this device. After purchasing this product; I discovered that it is well constructed and durable.

I love this coffee pot, never seen anything like it. My 8 year old son thinks it is so cool to talk to our coffee pot. Voice recognitions works well, you just have to make sure you talk normally and do not scream. Works great!
