Best coffee pot EVER!
Well fellow consumers, this Bunn was our third one. Wouldn't buy any thing else. Our first lasted over 20 years, our second at least ten years. We just replaced it with this one. You can always depend on BUNN for a quick, hot, and great pot of coffee. The Henshaws, Big Bear, CA.

Bunn high altitude classic 10 cup home brewer
At last, a real coffee maker that makes coffee at altitudes at over 4000 feet. Now I get quickly brewed, great tasting coffee. It's hot, but drinkable and not warm. I think that all coffee makers should be marked for altitude, so that we get good coffee, without having to over cook it.

Can't live without it
I do love my bunn coffee maker. For the actual purpose of making coffee I would rate it a 5 with no doubt. You do need to use more grounds than a standard drip coffee maker due to the nature of the machine. If you are aware ahead of time you can avoid a minor disappointment. I do recommend that you follow the instruction about turning the machine off if you will be away for a period of time such as vacation. I tend to forget this. Not only is it a potential fire hazard, but adding water to the machine after is sitting unused but on for a week will cause it to leak and become a hazard electrically. I have killed 3 this way, which is my fault, but also a flaw in the machine to my eye. I wish Bunn could find a way to correct this problem for those of us who are occasionally forgetful
