I like the thermal properties of this item however it doesnt pour well. I struggle daily to pour coffee into the cup without dribbling coffee all over the counter - I need to pour coffee into the cup over the sink. Dissapointing but Im surviving.

It keeps the coffee hot, handle's a bit clumsy
The double wall design keeps the 'HOT' inside, and lasts thru the warm-up. A note for teh 24 oz. size, this is 2 -regular 'American' coffee cups, and a dab for a warmup later. I don't know what the designer was thinking when he laid out the handle, it does the trick, but not the best grip.
